These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Craft Heating & Cooling website and our operational text-messaging program. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Website information

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Online forms submit requests only. A submitted service request, callback request or emergency request does not create an appointment, guarantee acceptance or guarantee an arrival time. Call 412-921-6995 if immediate assistance is needed.

Emergencies

If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, see fire or believe anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911 or the appropriate utility emergency line. Do not rely on this website or text messaging for life-safety emergencies.

Craft Emergency Dispatch messaging program

Craft sends operational, work-related emergency HVAC service notifications to designated on-call technicians who have provided their mobile numbers and agreed to participate. Messages may include service-request details, attempt notices, acknowledgement links and escalation notices. Message frequency varies according to emergency service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to stop text messages. After opting out, one confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, call 412-921-6995 or email craft@craftheating.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or employment.

Delivery and availability

Mobile carriers and communications providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery, website availability and electronic dispatch are not guaranteed. Craft may change or discontinue the messaging program where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit false emergency requests, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site operation. Craft may restrict access and cooperate with lawful investigations of misuse.
